Preflight Checklist

You have successfully passed the committee selection stage. You now have to participate in 6 individual workshops to evaluate or, if necessary, correct your economic model before marketing or launching a new project. We can guide you in elaborating your road map with a situational analysis of your strengths and weaknesses, and in initiating your plan of action. You’ll be able to access specific offers once the foundations of your model have been consolidated.
The Check’up allows you to validate your start-up’s business model. This is a required and mandatory step to allow you to participate in our other programs and to get through the next phases of your development: scaling up, marketing campaign and fundraising.

Following her experience as Head of International Development in an SMC and in the banking sector, and after 10 years as Branch Director for the Crédit Agricole, Gina joined the Village in 2018 as head of Partner relations. As a Business Developer, Gina supported start-ups in the development of their sales revenue in France and throughout the world. Now, Gina manage the Village by CA Finistere’s team.
